PUBLIC CONVERSATIONS ENGAGING CREATIVE Practice WITHIN SOCIAL AND CULTURAL CONTEXT.

GATHERINGS
Panel discussions within Born to Create are structured as public conversations that bring multiple perspectives into relation around shared questions. These gatherings address creative practice within cultural, social, and historical contexts, allowing complex and often contested themes to be held without simplification.
Rather than approaching creativity as a personal or aesthetic pursuit alone, the discussions consider how creative practices participate in shaping narratives, negotiating power, and responding to social conditions. Panels are moderated to support attentive exchange across differing positions, foregrounding dialogue over resolution.
Many discussions are presented alongside artworks from the Born to Create: Catalyst for Change exhibition, situating conversation in relation to visual practice and lived experience. Panel discussions take place across various locations and contexts, with each gathering documented individually.
