CREATIVITY & CULTURAL ROOTS
28 JUNE 2021, 6.30 PM TO 8 PM, 6 NIXON STREET, AUCKLAND
Creativity and Cultural Roots is a talk event exploring how creative expression emerges from cultural memory, ancestry, displacement, and lived experience. Through personal narratives and cross-disciplinary perspectives, the conversation examines creativity not as talent or product, but as a way of making sense of identity, belonging, and survival.

The event invites reflection on how cultural roots shape creative voice, and how creativity, in turn, becomes a tool for continuity, resistance, and care across generations.
