PRINT MAGAZINE Explorations
CREATIVITY THROUGH ARTISTS' VOICES .

MAGAZINE
Born to Create is an annual print publication exploring creativity as a lived, relational, and socially embedded practice. Each issue brings together extended conversations with artists and cultural practitioners, examining how creative work is shaped by personal history, environment, and the conditions in which it is produced.
FIRST ISSUE
INTERVIEWS WITH CREATIVE WOMEN
The first issue focuses on artists based in Aotearoa New Zealand, offering candid reflections on creative process, professional realities, and the ways artists navigate their work within specific cultural and social contexts. Rather than presenting creativity as a fixed identity or discipline, the magazine foregrounds how it is enacted — through making, thinking, teaching, caring, organising, and imagining.
